Tom Kirkman's NFC post was in regard to complaints about long delivery times. He never said they should not be discussed otherwise. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 06/19/2019 09:59PM by Lynn Behler. Re: North Fork warranty

Phil, they are not “old” issues. They are continually ongoing, unfortunately people like their products. My last order was partially fulfilled with one blank after two months. I am still waiting on the rest. Lynn my apologies to you and Tom if I spoke out of context. Re: North Fork warranty

Tom Kaufmann, my Gestapo post was snidely directed at Herb Cantner. ( I figured he would tell me to pound sand Hee Hee) I sometimes think these posts show up out of order. Re: North Fork warranty

Without offering any form of customer service now, why would anyone want to buy a totally disposable product from them? Is not honoring warranties or taking calls possibly a sign that they are closing their doors? Re: North Fork warranty

Cast off, and go a different direction, because there are many better and excellent alternatives. Re: North Fork warranty

If members continue to do business with NFC and thats their choice and you need to accept the risk , coming on here posting about issues is what gets old . Regarding this situation it's a "Expect the worst but hope for the best" thing. Re: North Fork warranty

Wanted to provide a quick update on my warranty request. I finally got a response today letting me know that they would send me a new blank. Not an ideal situation, but wanted to at least give them credit for responding and offering to honor the warranty request. Will provide an update when / if the rod comes in. Re: North Fork warranty

I had been using the support@edgerods.com address, but recently also added info@northforkcomposites.com to my messages. Not sure if that is what made the difference or not. Alex, who I believe is the CEO, got back to me directly. Maybe they lost their customer service rep? Re: North Fork warranty
