I know this was discussed before, couldn't find it through the search function though. I have a SCV blank that is broken, do I contact St Croix about returning it or do I contact Rodgeeks about it.

I assume you bought the blank through Rodgeeks which now carry the SCV St. Croix blanks so if thats the case i would contact Rodgeeks as they're the ones who would send out a replacement . If you bought it through St. Croix in the past then St. Croix would be the ones to contact.

Right on Herb on what you are saying , a phone call to them should help a lot as they both back what they sell

Call St. Croix. Either way it will be coming from St. Croix. Rodgeeks does not handle all of the SCV blanks. I had two break last year. Replaced through St. Croix, $90 each plus shipping.

See you on the water, Doug

St.Croix no longer deals with blanks , they refer all blank related stuff to Rodgeeks . Last year St.Croix was still selling blanks , not so anymore except certain models through Rodgeeks . RodGeeks won't carry all of St. Croixs blanks but most are close matches with the same exact mandrels and material , so if you have a model Rodgeeks doesn't offer it will have to come from Croix but contact Rodgeeks first .

I had a warranty issue that I dealt with today. Their customer service is beyond reproach. Big shout out to Kevin

Just called St Croix and they were very helpful, sounds like I can send it in to the Park Falls factory. Thanks all for the help.
