Saltwater seats

Hello to everyone,
Its been a few years, but I need to reach out for some fresh eyes and help.
I've stepped into conventional West coast stand-up and have come across some reel seat/mounting obstacles.

The builds:
Calstar BTG6480 (#30-60)
MHX GFC90MH (#30-50)

The obstacle:
Where I want to place the reels, the blanks' diameters are 0.96in and 0.85in, respectively.
The Calstar, I found Aftco ARS-4M (ID 1.18in) or ATC AH28M (ID 1.13).
The MHX, I found Fuji DPSH 26 (ID 0.94in) or a ATC AH24M (ID 0.96in).

My thoughts:
Is that even enough clearance? Also, taking into consideration, the blanks' taper where the seat would go?
Is that enough surface area/reservoir space for epoxy paste to bond (using multiple tape arbors)?
Am I trying to spend $50 per Aftco ARS?
If I go deckhand style, can the rods endure being clamped, running #50 and #40?
What about Fuji metal plate seats? Has anyone heard of a deckand - plate seat hybrid?

I know there's a lot.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

-Devin

Check the Alps centra-lock seats from Batson. The 23 and 24 size will fit. Don't know what you mean by reservoir space. The seat should fit as close as possible with the least amount of bushings, be they masking tape, drywall tape or foam arbors.
