Has anybody ordered the new crb thread carriage? How has your experience been with them? Worth ordering or not?

Looks a whole lot like my Hawkeye Custom thread carriage. But mine cost twice as much!

I have ordered and received
Moving and have not unpacked everything
My first impression very very smooth and easy to adjust the slightness friction
Seems to be priced right as well
Not much help

I have had troubles with achieving and maintains thread tension on two of the four thread holders. One slight turn to much and way to much tension. Back it off a hair and everything goes flying. I don’t know if it’s the knobs or what but have fixed it by replacing the plastic spacers with slightly shorter nylon spacers from the hardware store. Not the best solution but I can set and maintain the tension on all four threads now.
