Well just want to let everybody know how I came out on the fish eyes. I scuffed it up with a grey scotch brite pad and put another coat of Flex Coat on. It came out perfect. No fish eyes.
Will be ready for the customer on Friday. A save Ching Ching!!!!!
Again want to thank everybody who had input on my problem.

If I could add one thing that might help. Ive had the fish eye thing happen a lot on fish decals or labels several times. A trick that works for me is to put a drop of standard elmers school glue on it and smear lightly and thinly all over the area with your finger. Creates kind of a bond over the bad spot/s and comes out clear when coated with finish. Also works for me as a good practice to make sure no edges raise up when finish applied over labels/decals as it makes a seal over the whole thing that again, comes out clear when finish coated. I usually let the elmers dry for an hour or so just to be sure its totally dry before finishing with clear.
