CP and feathers

Last feathers I put in place with Chromaseal. Nothing special about Chromaseal other than it was the first CP I found on the bench, and unless you need to preserve the tiger wrap thread colors I suspect most any CP will do. Re: CP and feathers

I,ve found diluting or thinning the CP with 1:4 denatured alcohol is very helpful. Re: CP and feathers

I prefer Flex Coat CP for gluing feathers and sealing a decal because it's thicker and seems to have better adhesive properties. I prefer Chromaseal for thread because it's thinner and soaks in really well so I don't have issues with black blotches when epoxy goes on.
