I hate to say this but I will anyway . The main thing that keeps me from ordering from your website is lack of pictures . Half the time I dont know what I want until I see it and the other half is I dont know what the product is or looks like from the description . I'm sure you have lots of cool stuff but until I can see what I'm ordering …………………...

Ron,
Any time that you want a picture of an item, go to the manufacturers web site and catalog and get a picture.

Virtually every product on the market is made by a manufacturer who supports a web site and in many cases an illustrated catalog.

Good luck

I know Roger but it's just easier to go to a site that has pictures and I'm all about easy . The sites I go to are sponsors here so I guess it's all good .

Sorry Roger I agree with Ron. It litterally takes about 5 minutes to add an item picture to a web site. I prefer a clear detailed picture and Im not going to go on a google easter egg hunt to see it. I used to order a fair amount from you years ago but that was when web sites were all pretty basic. I think your losing an enormous amount of sales with a basic and honestly kind of confusing ecommerce site.

Thank you all for your comments.
We have had all kinds of struggles getting our web site to not only be more up to date, but also have a shopping cart.
So far that has not panned out.
I will make every effort to have more pictures, especially if it is something new or special.
In the case of the Pac Bay Minimas I posted,
there is nothing different from the ones we have all been used to seeing,
except the Black frame/Black ring color and finish.
We will work on getting more specific pics up soon.
In the interim, as always, we welcome your phone calls or emails for personal service.
Thank you for you patience and your business.

Best wishes,
Ron Schneider
