When I received a small order (within 4 days) of guides and thread from Anglers Workshop, they inadvertently forgot to include the three KBs. After notifying them, they apologized for their mistake and sent the guides FIRST CLASS MAIL which was received in only 2 DAYS!!! Yes, someone in their shipping department dropped-the-ball, but they immediately admitted so, apologized and expedited the shipment of forgotten parts. Obviously, Anglers Workshop is very concerned with customer service and hence, I have become a loyal fan and customer. Actually, this is how every business should be run but, unfortunately, they are in the minority. If your suppliers are not affording you with the great customer service we all deserve, consider using Anglers Workshop the next time.
