PacBay rodsmith finish

Hi Mates,

Sorry for the stupid question, but I can't find the discription, if the PacBay Rodsmith finish is rather low- or high-build? I'm going to buy finish for a fly rod, and in the store where I purchase the blank from sells 3 kinds of high build finishes, and this PacBay. So is it low- or high build?

Thank You for the answers!

Regards,

Tamás Tóth

Yes, it's low or high build finish. Light coat or coats make it a lite build, heavier coats make it a high build. Sort of like most finishes.

It's a thick viscosity like most of the typical hi-build types. They all vary a bit, but it's not the thinner type such as Flex Coat Lite, etc.

With a normal application it would be considered a high build finish. Its my go to finish for repairs.
