PermaGloss couple questions

Thinking of using Permagloss to coat some rod components. Specifically anodized aluminum trim rings. I understand Permagloss is very thin. I want to protect from scratches without having a visible coating. Will permagloss adhere to a smooth metal surface? Next question can Permagloss handle being frozen or extreme cold. Temps are dropping soon and I will need to order it. Had color preserver arrive frozen last winter was not good.

M,
Why not just call U40 to be sure [www.u-40.com]

As far as scratch marks are concerned - the anodized finish is much harder than the Permagloss will ever be. The trim rings will look just as bad after scratched as if the anodized surface was scratched.
I have frozen Permagloss to keep it fresh - so, no, I don't think cold will have an effect on it.
