NFC fly blanks

I am thinking about buying an NFC 8' 3wt fly blank for dry fly fishing. Two are available: moderate action and slow. Is NFC slow really slow or is it rather on the faster side of slow, or even more like moderate? Or maybe the moderate action one would be a better idea?

See if they can give you an AA number - that way you would know exactly. They used to have these measurements for their blanks.

Different (casting) strokes for different folks, but my guess is most fly fishers would prefer slow action rods for wet flies and and faster action rods for dry flies.
