I have no experience with Czech Nymph blanks. I'm asking for recommendations on a blank I can build on for myself. I appreciate your help. I'm looking for a 10' 3 or 4 wt.

Have you looked at the Pacific Bay Quickline Czech Nymph blanks in their Catalog to the left? I believe their lightest is a 4 wt.

CTS Affinity X would be my choice. I have built several of them, from 2wts to 4wts for Euro style nymphing. On the expensive side, but well worth the money. Contact Herb, HNL Rod Blanks.

We just came out with a new RainShadow Eternity (ETEF10644) it's 10'6" 4wt designed specifically for nymphing.

I've built a handful of "euro nymphing sticks" in the past year or so ranging from lower-end to high-end.

A few questions on your build that may help determine a decent blank:
- About much are you wanting to spend? Lower end I've seen for about 50$ and higher end are close to $400.
- Do you care about the origin of the blank and the location of its manufacturer? If you want something made in the USA, you're looking at the higher-end price.

Also just an FYI; 10' if the very minimum length I'd recommend for a euro stick...
After trying many lengths I really prefer something between 10' 6" and 11' unless you are strictly fishing smaller water.

I guess a 10' 6" . I'd like to keep the cost to around $200 to include the hardware.

Unfortunately in that price range I've yet to find a euro nymphing blank offered at over 10' since you mainly limited to "general purpose" blanks that happen to be #2 or #3 and 10'.
What I've done in the past for these is to extend the butt section of the blank by 6" with a stint to get the 10' 6".
However in that case you're obviously left with a butt section that's longer than the others; functionally fine, but not great for appearance.

In that price range I quite like the action of the Taniwha premium Nano-helix #3 10'.
I extended mine to 10' 6" and it's a nice euro stick, but it took about 3 weeks to get here from the UK.

If you're willing to get into a higher-end blank ($350 - $400), the Thomas & Thomas Contact #3 10' 8" is the cats meow; I rarely reach for any other euro stick.
The CTS X or M in a 10'6" - 11' #3 is probably also a contender, but I haven't personally tried them in this configuration.
