So my mother is an artist.. And i was looking through my brothers stash of sandpaper.. I was looking for 4000 grit to really make the cork handles feel like grabbing a stick of butter.. She suggested a brown paper bag.. I thought she was nuts.. She told me thats the final sanding process on a laqureded painting.. So what the heck.. i tried it.. Took a little effort, but to my surprise, it worked fairly well.. So.. I learned that you can sand cork with a brown paper bag.. Good to know in a pinch
