Fuji L guide question

Hi everyone,
If using Fuji L guides as running guides and you want to use a couple of L-T in the high stress area of the belly are you forced to use 4.5size for the running guides because the L-T is only available in 4 or 4.5 size? The KB is available up to size 6 . Is there another way around it.Or is from size 5 up the foot plenty big to cope with the stress in the belly area.Just a general question trying to expand my understanding and knowledge.

Scott the L-T is only available in size 4 and 4.5. The size 5 or 5.5 L has a ridged foot that holds well but remember the L-T is only available with Aluminum Oxide rings. If you want to use LAG or LSG there are no "belly" guides at this time.

Use a locking wrap, and not worry about it.

Thanks Jim and Norm. As a side note I received my first ever order of guides today to fix up a couple light spin rods. The size 5 guides are the smallest guide I have ever seen. Have never seen that small on store rods here in oz. And the Fazlite Kl-H guides are just plain sexy. Can't wait to get wrapping.

I agree with Norm, but I would use the K series where I can get the big foot of the KB. And use locking wrap.
