We believe this is the best non-cracking epoxy available in the market that completely penetrates down through the threads to form the strongest bond among wrap, blank and guide foot and sustainable over time and bending - you'll find a microscopic at our homepage. Self-levelling is incredibly nice so even a first time builder will get a super nice finish like a professional. Coat is thick enough to finish in a single coat if you want that way.- it won't drip on application and feels more like a high or heavy build in other brands. This epoxy was polymerized at our factory by ourselves for rod building purpose only. It has 30 min pot life, 8 hrs dryer time and 24 hrs curing.
We are the one producing all wrapping thread, epoxy, blank and finished rods by ourselves and our epoxy has been constantly improved to work for rod building to provide the best option for rod builders as we desire for our rods. We have applied this finish to all of our rods since we started producing finished rods and other branded rods (especially fly rods that needs to be more flexible).
