If you're using the KR GPS from the Angler's Resource page, it would be pretty hard to make a mistake, With that said, being able to order a kit would definitely simplify ordering. I'm wondering if including a KB in the same size as the final reduction train guide, would be something else to consider?
I don't know about the others, but I've used a KB as the choke guide in the 4 rods I've built using the KR Concept, with all of them being the same size as the final reduction train guide. Re: Something I wonder about...

I always use at least one KB with as many as three, with all the KB/KT running guides the same size. For ‘micro guide’ builds (size 5.5 to 4 runners), and braid up to 30#, three reduction guide sets ( (1) KL16H, KL8H, KL5.5M, (2) KL20H, KL10H, KL5.5 and (3) KL25H, KL12H, KL5.5M (or KL6M)) would cover almost all freshwater rods and most inshore rods, you would just need to pick the KB/KT runner size of your choice. The only problem would be for ‘conventional’ builds where larger running guides are used for heavy braid and/or mono. In these cases the third reduction reduction guide and choke guide (aka-fourth reduction) size change. I guess various reduction guide kit for conventional builds could be also offered but that might cause even more confusion.
