I’ve made and received an order from NFC. After screwing up a decal application I called and spoke at length with them. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service I’ve received from them and can’t recommend their blanks enough. They’ve gone above and beyond to give the best possible service. I hope others can attest to the same experiences that I have.

I’m still waiting for my grips........have called and talked to them about it........ still waiting. Like their stuff but promptly filling orders doesn’t happen. Not a big fan of companies having my money and waiting excessively long to get what has been paid for.

Hi Bill thank you for pointing that out, unfortunately in this case I am way, way past that point. They did get my blanks to me in that time though, so gotta give credit where it is due.

Honestly as long as I get what I ordered I will be happy, was just venting a bit of frustration.

changing business models has it's problems and I am sure they weren't ready for the huge response they got changing from dealers / suppliers only, to selling to the general public they plain just ran out of inventory quickly as most took advantage of the launch sale and discounted pricing.
They will honor their sales and appreciate the customers patients

Bill,do you have some insight into their operation and their parameters for sustaining it's viability that we don't? If not, perhaps it is best to say nothing.
Just my two cents... ;)
