NFC steelhead blanks

I had an accident this morning and broke one of my Batson XST's. Love the rod, but perhaps it's the perfect excuse to try something different. Does anyone here have much experience with NFC's steelhead blanks? I'm looking at the the 962 and 964 models in IM and HM.

Have you built on any of them personally? The only model I've ever built on was the 1302 IM.

I've used all you listed, the 10 footers also, and the ST741-1s love them all, you can't go wrong. Every bit as nice as any other steelhead blank I've built. Have used and fished them all over the years. The 1002 is a bit more powerful and has a faster tip than the 962x.
