Sorry to hear that Bob. I see you have an AOL account based on your IP address shown. It is because of your AOL account that you cannot read the Newsletters, not that the Newsletters are sent out as munbo-jumbo (LOL). You see AOL does not allow HTML web pages to be sent to you in email format. For that reason and others I would suggest you (and anyone else who regularly surfs the internet) sign up for another Internet service provider other than AOL.

We have tried to provide a link to a text copy of the Newsletter listed in the header of the HTML email we send, but we understand it does not always display correctly. Click on the link below to see it.

In the future we will try and filter out the AOL accounts and send the AOL users a text friendly version of the Newsletter directly.

Bob, thanks for your valuable feedback. As we continue to work in this medium known as the Internet, feedback form our customers is always welcome.

Have a fantastic July 4th weekend!

It is worth mentioning that any of you who access the internet through AOL and use the standard AOL browser do not have full access to the interenet. Not trying to throw off on those folks at America Online, but it is the most limiting internet service provider around. I know that the only people who cannot fully access the RodMaker site are AOL users.

I hope this one is available to you. Very little I can do if it is not, though.
