Hi. Has anyone ever used the deflection chart? Did it help with guide spacing? Was it worth the money?
Thanks....Kevin Re: CRB Deflection Tool and Chart

For me it doesn't do much for helping with spacing guides. I static test for final guide placement. What it has helped me with is comparing blanks. It does require a lot of documentation from each blank for the data to be valuable long term. I haven't got it mastered just yet. What I have struggled with is determining the amount of weight to use to deflect the blank. It is just another tool in the tool box, it can be useful if you take the time to develop a system that works for you but I don't think there is anything magical about it.
You also need a large area free of obstructions to use it effectively. Re: CRB Deflection Tool and Chart
