I was planning to build another spinning rod on a rainshadow revs610mxf which I really like but since I have to place an order through mud hole I was thinking of giving an MHX blank a try. I’m looking at either the ds821 or ds822 and looking for recommendations. I plan to use the rod for 1/8-1/4 oz hair jigs or jigs and plastics running 10lb braid.
Thanks, Joe Re: MHX drop shot blanks

I lean more towards the DS822, virtually no weight difference between the blanks. Re: MHX drop shot blanks

The DS822 gets my vote and also a similar blank that many overlook is the SB812. 1/8-1/4oz shaky is great on that setup. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
