On the work bar you have a button that says "UPLOAD PHOTOS" in yellow letters.

You will have to register if you have not already done so. I suggest using the same name/password combination you use here on the forum.

Thanks Nuno and Tom. The tool bar which pops up only has "Home; New List; My Photos; My Favorite; Profile; no messages; and Logout in yellow letters. I am pretty sure I registered but I am certainly not the most computer savvy person.

There's nothing wrong with the website so you either need to update your browser, reload the page, or run through the rules page again on registering and logging in.
