I broke the tip section in half on my St. Croix Legend Ultra 10 wt.
3 pc. rod. Can I get a replacement section or do I just convert it into a 14 wt rod? Thanks!

You need to phone St. Croix (use their link on this page for their contact information) and tell them what happened. In order to fit a new tip section they will need to have you return the entire rod. They will supply the details once you contact them. Even if you have to pay for a new tip section, it will be very reasonable.

St. Croix's service center can be reached at 800-826-7042, then push 3. They will be happy to help you get your blank repaired.

I just went through the same tragedy....snapped my SCIV 3 wt. Called St Croix and sent it back. You must send the whole rod so that they can ensure a proper fit of the replacement section. Mine did not make it back from St.Croix...Lost is transit...they quickly provided a complete replacement kit (they did forget to include a stripper). You will have no problems.
