No - but a better tool that makes cleaner cuts is a good quality hole saw. The "outside" slanting teeth may be filed down to decrease the hole diameter. For REC RSLL and RSLS I use a 15/16th hole saw altered as I said to exactly 0.93" which is the exact diameter of the seat collar. Use smaller hole saws to remove rest of material.
