The Feather Emporium www.featheremporium.com has the best variety and selection of feathers I have found anywhere. I buy from him frequently, but be warned that he is not a personable individual to do business with.

this site has lots of great feather images, no standard prices or packages shown. I've dealt with them ( a few years ago) by contacting them and asking for prices, a "collection" of feather samples, etc, and found them good to work with.

If you are in Southern California by chance there is Bob Marriot's fly shop. I picked up a couple full pheasant skins with all the feathers. also, surprisingly, you might find a good variety at Michaels, Joanne's or Hobby Lobby.
