for international security shipping rules, I need of SDS (Safety Data Sheet) or similar document for Diamond II rod finish, Does anyone has one?

I believe its called msds or material safety data sheet

Your supplier should be able to assist you with that information.

By all means ask the supplier for an MSDS, but be very careful here as you could fall prey to a bad situation through no fault of your own. I have no idea what the penalty is for supplying international shippers or Government mail agencies with a fake MSDS sheet is, but it could fall hard on you.

A few years ago the supplier of that product was pushing it to the G. Loomis Company. The subsequent supplier was afraid the MSDS sheet they asked for would tip them off to the fact that it was an off-the-shelf product which would allow them to simply buy it direct. So that supplier faked an MSDS to hide the identity of the actual manufacturer. This is highly illegal and something you may not wish to get in the middle of. I will email you some info this evening.

If what I have stated here is not true in every single regard, the supplier should have a very nice lawsuit against me and several others.

Follow up per your email - the reason the current "supplier" refuses to provide you with an MSDS is exactly as I stated above - it would show you who the actual manufacturer is.
