Since we are located in Canada, all prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Reference is made in the catalog about an easy approximation to convert the final price to U.S. dollars. You do this by dividing the price by 1.5. So if an item were listed at $1.50 and you pay in U.S. dollars it costs you approximately $1.00 U.S. dollar and usually less.

For Canadian customers, you'll find the convenience and cost savings with shipping and great selections are a bonus to our already low cost products. Also, you'll find top brands that experts in rodbuilding have come to recognize and have confidence in using.

Now, another advantage for our U.S. customers is the fact that the Canadian Dollar value against the U.S. dollar has slumped to an all time low. This means it is somewhat closer to 1.55 or even closer to 1.6 exchange factor depending on the credit card payment and slight day to day fluctuations in currency. So much for the economics 101 lesson, but the bottom line is that shopping from us has become more value than ever before.
Of course, we could compensate by raising our prices, but that intention is not for the immediate future. Should the Canadian dollar be further devalued, this could be a consideration, but for the moment the advantage is for our U.S. customers paying in U.S. dollar equivalents and the prices listed in our current catalog will stay.
