Pac Bay wrapper question?

What is the height of the chuck centerline from the base of the head stock on the standard Pac Bay wrapper?

I know that the bed has height. I am not asking about the bed height. But from the top of the lathe bed, what is the distance to the center of the rod if the rod is in the jaws of the chuck?

Thanks much

Phillip.
Thanks much.

I believe that would equal 4.52 inches.

Roger, I think the above measurement is from the top of the 'channel' all the attachments mount to. If you measure from the bottom of that channel, it is 5.625" from the base to the centerline of the chuck / headstock.

This is on a PacBay lathe purchased less than 6 months ago. Hope this helps...thanks!
