Vintage hardy glass fly rod blanks

I have an opportunity to purchase 4 hardy fly rod blanks from a gentleman who's father in law passed away. These are new never been built on and date back to the 60s or 70s. Problem is I have no idea what they are worth. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks jerry

I don't think they're worth a lot of money but there may well be some Hardy glass fans out there. About all you can do is perform some online searches and see what interest there is. If little to none, then probably not worth much. Still, they'd be likely to produce some nice rods.

Jerry, you might want to check another forum called Fiberglass Flyrodders Forum, several of the moderators that run the site should be able to help or know someone that will know the value of those blanks.

I second Bill's suggestion. You can also contact Hardy North America and they might be able to provide some info.

As a past 'Hardy' tackle dealer and rod builder here in the UK, I seem to remember that the 'blanks' were branded 'FIBATUBE' which were made by Hardy Composites and sold at a different price point, as you could never purchase 'Hardy' branded fly rod blanks. The Fibatube blanks were a natural 'honey' colour, where the 'Hardy' branded RODS were painted a brown colour - maybe the same 'blanks'? - 'Hardy' now in the hands of 'Pure Fishing' (a USA based company),
