Purchasing Shikari blanks?

Has anyone ever made a retail purchase straight from Shikari? I wanted to purchase three different blanks from them and went through the ordering process on their website. However, no where on the website does it ask for any payment info. All it asked for was all the other info such as name, address, etc. everything went through as if I really placed an order except I really couldn't have if I didn't pay for it. Do they not accept retail orders? I did send an e-mail to them this morning but have yet to hear back. I know that's short notice to expect a reply form them already, but I just wondered if anyone else out there that has dealt with them in the past could give me any info. Thanks. Long before the invention of the computer, they had this plastic thingy that allowed people to talk to each other. Not sure how the sound travels through wires, but it does work. HEHE Why not just give them a phone call and ask them?? BIlly Re: Purchasing Shikari blanks?

William and all, Richard's Rod & Reel is a distributor for Shikari blanks. If you'de like to order please let me know and the price is probably better than the retail listed on their website. I'll be glad to help and get the Shikari blanks you want. Rich Richard's Rod & Reel email: info@rodreel.com Re: Purchasing Shikari blanks?

you're right william. i could call them, and probably should. it just seems a little silly for someone to post an email address for customer service and then not pay any attention to it. i guess i'm just a little spoiled, i even pay my bills on line! Re: Purchasing Shikari blanks?

I don't believe that Shikari sells retail. I know for a fact that they don't answer their e mail. They have a brochure and that's probably what you'll get, sometime in the distant future. Before I "ran into Rich" here I'd sent at least 6 emails to Shikari. I got a reply after about 2 weeks from the "President" and a catalog about 10 days later. Had some questions about some of their blanks and e mailed them to "S" still waiting for an answer. You want service and answers about Shikari? Rich is "Da Man" . He has most of the Shikari line and can get others not listed in his catalog, which by the way is outstanding. Warren Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
