Which Alps Printer

I have checked the archives and I just want to know which model of a Alps Printer to get??? Thanks Dave

Dave you can get and use the Alps MD1000-MD1300 or MD5000, they are the only models designed to print in white a necessary feature for making decals.-Note Dye Sub capability is not necessary-be carefull bidding as a number of bad units have turned up on @#$%&.

I have a 1000,&,a 2010,,,BOTH will print in white..you just have to 'trick' the 2010 into thinking the white cart.is a different color....easy to do.
I 'd guess(Repeat,,GUESS) that any of the alps that has the 'overlay' feature can be tricked,,,but ,I have experience on the 2010 only.The 2010 usually goes for a lot less $$ than the 1000.
