Hello all --

I'm wondering if anyone out there has experience with the blanks used in the Silver label series -- likes or dislikes with this particular blank (I've been told that they are the same blank used in the Trident series as well).

Iâ€™m looking to build an 8'6'' 4 wt moderate action rod and am considering the Orvis midflex in this category.

Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated. Also suggestions of other blanks that would match the above description. I'm hoping to stay at around $150 or below on the blank price.
