You can get waterslide decal paper at most hobby shops. Its usually kept by the model paints. The best printer, at least when I was looking into them, was an Alps, no longer available and used ones were in the $400 range. prints from an ink ribon instead of ink jet, The problem with inkjet is the in is too transparent unless you use black. You cant print in white, silver or gold. If you use the white waterslide paper then an inkjet will probably do the job. Waterslides are a little tricky to handle. I just had 60 decals printed and they are clear stick-on and they go on easy and it looks like the logo was printed on the blank. Can get you the info if you're interested.

The best deals, by far, on water slide paper for inkjet are on that well know internet @#$%& site that shall not be named here.
