Disaster stuck this morming....while playing a small bream my SCIV 3 weight snapped between the 2nd and 3rd guides. I built the rod and desire to get a replacement tip section. I have been to the St Croix web site and have been unable to find a way to contact them. I know they will want the whole rod, but instructions for returning items or obtaining pre-approval prior to shipment have have eluded me. Any directions/recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you jim Re: Contacting St. Croix?

I would suggest giving them a call at 715/762-3226. They are good people to deal with and I am sure they will have you fixed up in no time. ............... Re: Contacting St. Croix?

Tom, contacted St. Croix today and was pleased with their response....sure send it back...we'll stand behind it. I am sure they will look it over for signs of abuse....not worried about that. So, hopefully in a few weeks I'll have my 3 wt back on the water. I do feel that St. Croix should include contact infromation on their web site. jim Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
