How do Graphite USA blanks compare to other bass casting blanks such as G Loomis, ect? The butt diameters on the Graphite USA blanks are smaller which I need for a particular reel seat.

Thanx to the sponsors for making this board possible. It's very helpful!

David,
We are distributors of several reputable blank companies, GUSA not being one of them but I am sure one of the sponsors who carry them will be glad to point out the specifics.
On the whole, the features of these blanks is their strength being made by a helix construction method. If its lifting strength you're wanting probalby a very good choice.

If you need any help on diameters or specs. of other blanks let us know or it may be mentioned here by others. Are you looking to fit an exposed blank type of reel seat?

David the GUSA blanks compare very favorably to other top end blanks, however I don't think I would select a blank based primarily on having a reel seat that fits, the blank needs to be selected for the particular application you have in mind,if you are fortunate enough to find the blank with the correct speks for the reel seat and it is viable for your application go for it great blanks.
