Jann's Netcraft good business

Hey all,
I just wanted to plug a good word in for Janns Netcraft. I ordered one of their IM6 blanks, I won't reveal too much here already feeling guilty, via their website Tuesday night. Wednesday they called me and said the particular blank was not available and would not be available for several weeks so they gave me a St. Croix SCII 2S70MF2 7 footer for the same price. I went from a 27.00 blank to a 63.98 with no frills. They were very happy to do that for me. I have ordered from them in the past and have been pleased but now I will continue to order from them. I will also order from the other board sponsors at the left but I was just in awe over the customer service people at Janns. That is my personal blank now so I will order from Custom Tackle the similar blank I originally wanted. Janns does not have what I needed pricewise. I find it amazing what is cataloged for each company. I find items at one store then a few more at another. That is part of the fun for me now. I have had good luck so far with all the shops I have purchased from. Tom at Mudhole has been helpful and offers good products too.
Thanks to all you vendors. You make a guy like me want to continue the art of Rod Building.
Mark Schulte

I have dealt directly with more than 10 of the board sponsors listed to the left, and have never had anything but a very positive experience. We are a most fortunate group to be supported so strongly by our suppliers!

Howdy folks!
I too had the same experience with the folk's at Jann's. Although I order from a range of suppliers, I do quite a bit of business with Jann's - precisely for this reason. Although I have found all of the vendors helpful, courteous, and supportive, Jann's takes this attitude to the highest level. No, I'm not affiliated with them, just a VERY satisfied customer. When you're shopping around, try their shop - I doubt that you'll be sorry.
Oh, GREAT board! Thanks for all the info and keep up the good work.
