I just got off the phone with Lamiglas and we are now approved to be a vendor. If there are any blanks that you need give us a call and I will order them along with a few extras. This is how we will build up our stock. So with Batson, Fuji, American Tackle, Flexcoat, RodDancer, CTS, FishCreek and now Lamiglas. FishSticks is truly becoming a 1 stop shop for your rodbuilding supplies. Thank you for your support. Scott & Karen

i wish your prices and shipping would be competitive. i'm tired of buying a guide or a spool of thread from mudhole and getting charge $13 for shipping.

Mud Hole's shipping charges are plainly listed on their website and in their catalog - there are no shipping charge surprises.

More and more dealers are going to move to minimum orders and/or minimum shipping charges as their time is taxed to the limit and such small orders almost always result in a loss for the time spent filling and preparing it to ship.

What I seldom understand is why a builder who needs a single spool of thread or a single guide, can't find a few other things to order at the same time. If you plan on building any rods in the future it's always in your best interest, and that of your pocketbook, to order a few spools of thread, or a few reel seats, or something that you know you're going to need in the future. This is how you spread shipping and freight charges down among a greater number of items and thus make it very affordable. It just makes good common sense to operate this way.
