Everything is set to the left side of the page now. About all you can do is clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

We are still working on minor bugs here and there.

Web browsers keep a copy of the last page or pages you've visited. This allows a quick return to that page when you hit your "back" button, etc. Because it doesn't update, however, whatever you saw previously you will see again, even if the page has changed since then.

Generally, browser caches can be set for size, so that a website or page will refresh every so often. You can do this manually by hitting the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser's toolbar. You can also empty your browser's cache and force it to reload a new page. But how and where to do this varies with the different browsers. Look under the "file" or "view" categories on your browser's menu and see if you can find "clear cache."

In MS Internet Explorer, clicking on the refresh button alone may not get a full refresh.
Instead, try hitting Ctrl-F5 to refresh and the program will completely reload the page.

I've tried all of the above but still haven't had any luck. I'm running Vista and using Explorer. Also I'm regularly getting a data base in available error message when I attempt to change pages. Any other suggestions?? Thanks, E....

Everyone might as well be prepared for many more days of oddball behavior. It is going to take some time to fully repair the site.

Eddy:
Try to clean your system and defrag the system. Click the START lower left - PC windows, then Programs, then Accessories, System Tools, then do Disk Cleanup and Disk defrag. this should clean out your system.

I don't think it's anyone's computer - defragging isn't likely to help with how you view the text on this page. The forum is experiencing some trouble left over from the hack last week. It's going to take a while to get things back in order.

I really don't think that this highjack was done by amateur 'hackers' fooling around.

The depth of this hijack indicates that some deep serious thought went into its being.

It will also be difficult to apprehend them as they' usually 'cover their tracks' very well.

It will take some time to straighten out as even when you've thought that you've caught it all, another thing jumps out.

I personally think that the people doing the 'unhijack' have done a wonderful job so far. Just be patient with them JMHO C2
