I just recently registered on the photo page but have not received my account validation e-mail yet. Is this my problem for not being able to post pictures or am I just not seeing something. Re: photo page

Log in and then refresh your browser. Your browser is calling up an older page from your cache.

Tried that (I think) but still nothing. When I look in my profile I notice it still says unregistered. Re: photo page

I looked and it shows you registered and even shows nearly 200 views from you. Try clearing your cache one more time and see what happens. .............. Re: photo page

Thank you Tom, it's all good now and I see the upload photo tab. When I wrote the second post here it was still saying unregistered but everything is working now. I guess I need to get busy and get something to post now. Thanks again. Re: photo page

Very good. One thing - your photos are much larger than they need to be. The internet is a low resolution medium and large photos take longer to upload and then for the viewers to download. A photo sized at just 800 to 1000 pixels square will be displayed on a computer monitor at the same size and quality as one much, much larger.
For anyone seeing this and wanting to upload photos, use jpeg file format and size those photos at no more than 1000 pixels square. That's all you need. You can do this in a photo editing program, or by choosing a smaller (lower quality [means smaller]) setting on your camera. .............. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
