Recommendation for a Perigee rod

With the current sale on Perigee rods I thought it would be a great time to try one. My 2 favorite rods are a Loomis IMX MB784 and a St Croix SC5 66mhf when I am worm fishing (pitching) for Largemouth Bass. What Perigee blank (rated 20 lbs) would you recommend and how does it compare to the two rods I mentioned. Thanks for any and all responces.

Dick, but how would you describe the blank action itself? Would it have more back bone, more or less tip action... how does it compare to these actions? I am too looking at Perigree but in the 7' lengths. The Lamiglas products are very different in specs and this is causing some confusion for me as well. I too am interested in up to 20# line and will be pitchin 1/4 - 3/4 lures. Thanks for any help!

Dale, I wish I could help you but I am not familiar with these blanks (SC's or the Loomis) I do believe the PW's are not quite as fast as the MB's that I have worked with but it is certainly a mod/Fast designation. and a super durable blank still offering a great level of sensativity.
