Towels, what kind lint free

Quick question. What kind of towels or whatever are you guys using to clean wraps before finish application and in between coats? I have used paper towels, but spend alot of time with a tack cloth cleaning up the debris left on the threads. Anyone have a good suggestion for lint/particle free towels? Thanks in advance

I have had good luck using paper coffee filters. Not expense and pretty much lint free. Gave up on paper towels for the reasons you stated.

the coffee filters work but in the spirit of recycling, if you know anyone in the medical profession, surgical towels work great...thanks to my friend jim b. for that suggestion
