I thought I'd put this comment out for all to see because it's a prime example of a professionalism: Earlier this week I e mailed Rich's Rod & Reel about some DAM conventional bait casters that he advertises. He e mailed me back the same day and let me know that certain assumptions I'd made concerning the reels weren't correct. In doing so he probably lost some reel sales but he he also made a friend of a fisherman/rodbuilder who will most assuredly do some business with him down the road. I have every confidence that I can get a straight answer from him on anything he offers and will take advantage of that confidence the next time I'm ready to do some building which will be pretty soon. Richard can I get set up for a 2002 catalog? Woild like to see some of those guides. Are they pictured at your site?

Warren,
This is unexpected, but thank you for your very kind remarks.
I'll have to remember what was it that I said impressed you, but I will take it as a great compliment. I'll be glad to send you our catalog as soon as we have the new version completed with the printers. I'll have some digital picture shots of some of the guides if you're interested. Keep in touch by email and I'll do my best to get them for your view.

Best Regards,
Rich
