I just wanted to show a finished grip, the rod shipped off to Owen in Australia a little over a week ago. Owen will do the weave next then off to Jorge for a wrap.

Jorge, you will see this one in person. Owen is working on the weave currently and you will see it next. I can't wait to see what you two will come up with.

I'm like you Mark, can't wait to see what Owen and JOrge come up with. They are going to be hard pressed, your handle is outstanding.

As always that is some great work, Mark. Did you happen to use the Lapis that I sent you from Afghanistan for the center dot? Looks like it goes well with the reel seat.

Bill, I don't know why it wouldn't work, it would shorten up the pattern just a bit is all. David the center is your Lapis, it turned well and it really does go well with the Alps seat. David thanks again for the crushed Lapis, it really added a lot to the project.
