Clive G Morris Registered: April 2007 Location: Brevard, NC Posts: 32	Handle made from burl cork,cocobolo,tulipwood, with trim rings of Cape Buffalo horn. First attempt at scrimshaw, on a piece of Warthog tusk. Reel seat from stabilised big leaf maple burl. Blank made by Doug Hall.

What kind of finish did you use on the burl cork handle?

Thanks for your compliments!. Tony, I used CA glue for the finish....2 coats of Hot stuff, sanded to 2000 grit, and buffed.
