Believe me, I'm not a good teacher. I told him ratehr briefly, and semi-abruptly how I did it. Get a pattern, photo copy it, trace it, dig it out, adn glue it in. Seriously. We were on a fishing trip 2 years ago, and I wasn't in the mood to be talking about building rods. He took that, and came up with this.
Besides, if I were a teacher, it would be impossible for me to cut up the grips I do at work, like I do now, lol. Ain't no way I would sit at home cutting foam for hours on end, but at work - man, I'll do anything to keep from doing what I'm getting paid to do, lol.
