Thanks All,

Billy, I wrap two threads at a time because I find it easier to keep the threads tight and requires less time packing and adjusting at the end.

What size blank is that on, and what size thread? There are about 125 threads in that pattern from my count. If you used Size Gudebrod A thread, the centers of the Big Star were spaced about 33 millimeters apart?

The pattern has a nice look to it, as you did a great job packing everything straight. The Snowflake in teh background is a perfect compliment, as it is the same sequence, with a much different look. The "in between" threads from teh Snowflake really make teh pattern look a lot busier & harder to do than it actually was. Very nice.

Billy,

The blank was a G.Loomis P844,7-ft, popping rod in IMX graphite. The stars were started on 1-inch (25.4mm) centers using Gudebrod Size A Garnet and White NCP thread. Thanks again for the compliments...Bret

Very Nice work and exceptionally tight. Also great effect wrapping with two threads at a time. This is a real winner.
