Very nice. Are those painted? I tried painting some guides, did not work out as well as I had hoped.

Yes they are powder coated. I'm gonna be charging $100 to do a set of guides, tehy are really labor intensive to do. Reel seats like DPSH 22, 24, 26 will probably be in teh $30-$40 range, I haven't decided yet. I don't expect or want to sell too much of this stuff, I just want them for my ownrods. Anyone can go out and spend $250-$300 for the powder coating materials, remove andreplace guide rings, and figure out how to get an even coating it's not that hard.

Absurdly sharp! You need to come down a couple days early. Put a bend in those pychedelic XL Lite Codlione's. Plenty of big Gags and 100lb AJs this time of year. Is Codlione family ?

Mike, the Codlione is NERB family, deriving it's name from the Cod fish, and Ralph Scaglione. MJ, you would enjoy popping rings in and out, sadistic SOB. We should ahve some samples for High Point, inclidng painted reel seats which have the nut painted. Leaving that nut graphite grey and painting the body of teh reel seat is like wearing a pair of Air Jordans with a suit.

Heat, knock them out, scrape off allthe finish on both surfaces, prep, coat, cross fingers hope for an even coat, reheat, epoxy rings back in. That's all there is to it. I'd estimate about 2 hours to do one set of guides. Popping rings in and out is very difficult, which is why I said $100 for a set of guides, I never want to do it for anyone unless it's really worth my time.
