It bends like this whether it's a 2 lb flounder or a 100 lb blacktip (this case). Custom built by Angler's Den Selden, LI NY 1975 7' jigging rod.

beautiful bend, that's the way we want our snapper & grouper rods to bend, the parabolic bend pulls fewer hooks in deep water, of course i hope that's a solid glass rod

The rod is actually designed for hi-speed jigging 2-6 oz diamond jigs for football tuna and bluefish and it does its job very well. Also a nice rod for yo-yoing. Yes it is solid glass.
