Guide wrap for the "Duck" rod. It's an Acid Wrapped roller guide. Needs one more coat of finish.

I think you did an EXCELLENT job tying this all together. Looks very sharp. Too bad you're not an Oregon fan.

I finally found a flaw in your work. If you look very very carefully at the bottom of the photograph - on the bottom of the rod - under the left guide foot edge - you will see a displacement of reflected light of approximately 0.00032 angstroms light reflected wave distortion due to either a flaw in the finish or the egg of a fly. You must find a way to correct this gross irregularity!

Bill - that's why he's putting on another coat. He's two steps ahead of you. he posts a picture with a major flaw, points the flaw out to everyone, leading them to believe he will fix this mess up with the final coat of epoxy...BUT he never takes a photo of the final product, so he leaves us assuming his work is flawless. A sneaky trick being employed by our California friend. lol.

I wish that was the only flaw. I have some micro bubbles in the finish of one of the smaller guides that really disturb me. That's what I get for not paying attention. Another trick is to take pictures just slightly out of focus so you can't see the gaps. You made me laugh and that's a good thing.
