I remember that one - you guys said it you highstick and really lean on teh butt, teh rod would blow up. I got as low as I could, adn it refused to break. TEHre is 55#'s in teh bucket that is abotu 2 feet off teh ground, that blank weighs 5.4oz, I'm 220#. Scary.

I think when they say "High Sticking" the rod it means the rod is positioned to point up into the air and the fish would be in close to in esence hair pin the tip into a 180 degree bend.

High sticking is making the rod bend less than 90 degrees. With teh weight pulling straight down, and the butt of teh rod being abotu 18" below the top of teh rail, the rod is at about a 60 degree bend. That pic was taken before I leaned all my weight on top of teh blank, and pushed the butt of the rod as low as I could.
